How to join

To create an account with Atelier de LUMEN, go to the [Login] page and Sign In with Email or Sign In with Shop if you have a Shop account.
If you entered your email, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email inbox. Enter this code on the screen and click [Submit] to verify your identity.
Once verified, you will be logged in immediately. If this is your first time, your account will be automatically created.
Membership provides immediate access to exclusive benefits, including special promotions and reward points.
Billing and shipping details can be securely saved to streamline future checkout.

How to order

Orders at Atelier de LUMEN are processed through the following five steps.

-Step 1: Select the desired product and go to the product detail page
-Step 2: Proceed with [Buy Now] for immediate purchase or add the item to the [Cart] and continue from the shopping cart
-Step 3: Fill in the order form and select a payment method
-Step 4: Complete the payment using the selected method
-Step 5: Confirm the order completion screen

We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping Information

All domestic orders are processed and shipped from our local warehouse in Jakarta (PT. LEEANN GROUP INDONESIA).
We offer Free Shipping on all orders to all regions across Indonesia.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on your destination. It typically takes 2-5 business days for Jabodetabek and other major cities.

Duties and Taxes

Since products are shipped from our local warehouse in Indonesia, there are no customs duties or additional import taxes required upon delivery (unlike our global site). The prices displayed are final for domestic shipping.

Exchange & Returns

Exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, including preferences related to color or size, are not accepted.

Exchanges and returns are accepted only in cases where the issue is attributable to Atelier de LUMEN, including the following:

  • Receipt of an incorrect item
  • Receipt of a defective item

In such cases, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

All exchange and return requests must be submitted and approved in advance through our Customer Service Team.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for proper service and may be refused upon arrival or returned to the original sender.

If you would like to request an exchange or return due to a defective item or an incorrect delivery, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Submit Your Request
Please email us at info@id.atlm.kr with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once received, our Customer Service Team will review your request and advise whether an exchange or return is approved.

Step 2. Return Product Preparation
Once your exchange request has been approved, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
During this process, we may collect necessary personal information required for pickup, such as your order address, email address, and contact number.

For repackaging, please use the original Atelier de LUMEN outer box if available. If the original box is no longer available, kindly place the item in a secure alternative box (do not use another brand's box).
All original components must be included in the return package, including the brand box, dust bag, and warranty card.

Step 3. Progress and Completion of Returns
Once the return request is confirmed, you will receive instructions regarding the courier pickup or shipping label.
Please prepare the return box and the documents required (if any) and hand them to the courier by the scheduled pickup time.

Step 4. After Return Delivery

  • Return Exchange
    Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, a replacement item will be dispatched promptly.
  • Return for Refunds
    For refund returns, please refer to the Refund section below for full details on processing timelines and payment methods.

Refunds

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection process, which may take up to 2-5 business days from the date of arrival.

After the inspection is successfully completed, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If the refund has not been received after the above timeframe, we kindly recommend contacting your payment provider, such as your card issuer or bank.

NOTES ON EXCHANGES
For approved exchanges, a refund will not be issued. Instead, a replacement item will be dispatched.

Atelier de LUMEN is committed to offering the highest quality products and services.

To ensure the integrity of the purchase and provide full customer support—including product care, exchange, and repairs—we require that purchases be made through our official sales channels.

Products obtained through unofficial sources, such as personal resellers or secondhand platforms, may not be eligible for verification or service support in accordance with our policy.

We sincerely encourage customers to shop through authorized channels to enjoy the full value and integrity of the Atelier de LUMEN experience.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The product warranty period refers to the period during which the manufacturer or seller guarantees free repair for defects in quality, performance, or functionality that occur under normal use (round-trip shipping costs are not included).

The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, which is verified based on the purchase receipt. If the purchase date and delivery date differ, the delivery date shall apply.

Even within the warranty period, repair fees may be charged in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to malfunction or damage to leather, stains, discoloration, or other exterior damage.
  • Damage or contamination resulting from the use of organic chemical solvents, improper washing, or incorrect product care.
